Shawn brought together the best in the business to create his dream. Though he takes pride in all aspects of roofing, working and living on the coast has lead to a passion for quick, efficient, and transparent repairs to storm damaged homes. 

Troy is Shawn's right-hand man. He's all about structure and organization. Through general oversight as the general manager, his focus is to bring your job to completion on time and within budget. 

Although Chris's passion is on the water as a boat Captain, he is the backbone of the sales force. As a district sales manager his work ethic, honesty, and commitment to customer service is unmatched.

Allen has been with the company from its inception. His experience in the roofing industry is second to none. Through his guidance and commitment, he has helped create what our organization is today. 

As the newest member of the team Bobby brings his 17+years of management experience and customer service expertise to our organization as the northern regional manager.

Karen brings her extensive building and design experience to our team. Her mission is to provide excellent customer service to each and every customer making them part of our family.
